ASNS Ingredient SIA awards contract to endeco GmbH

We are pleased to announce that endeco GmbH has been appointed to design and build a state-of-the-art plant for plant-based proteins. This flagship project in Europe highlights a significant milestone in the development and global production of sustainable plant-based proteins.

The new plant will be specifically designed to meet the growing demand for plant-based protein products that offer a sustainable alternative to traditional animal proteins.

Having state of the art technology and innovative processes combined in a top-notch plant, the capacity and product quality will be significantly increased. The focus on sustainability is not limited to the production of plant-based proteins and the valorization of side streams, it’s rather the key for process design.

Currently, the detail planning is running at full speed and major equipment has already been purchased at the key suppliers. In spring 2025, the plant construction will start, and together with ASNS Ingredient SIA and the suppliers of plant components, we will successfully complete the project on budget, in time. The start of production is planned for December 2026.
