endeco protein & food GmbH was successfully founded in the beautiful canton of St. Gallen / CH.

At the site in Uzwil the new Protein Application Center is being built to offer customers complete solutions from pulses to burgers including all wet and dry processes.

The Protein Application Center, which will be managed and operated by endeco protein & food GmbH, will be integrated into Bühler AG’s existing plant protein processing infrastructure and will then connect the Grain Innovation Center and the Extrusion Application Center.

The new Protein Application Center in Uzwil will build up know-how and push the further process development for the production of meat substitute products. Customers coming to Uzwil can see for themselves how they can take advantage of the full integration of upstream and downstream processes, which opens up many new possibilities.

The first customer trials are already planned for the 3rd quarter of 2023.
