Endeco then uses comprehensive basic engineering to determine the essential technical principles of a project, which are then refined and rounded off in detail engineering in the next step. The first step in the implementation planning is the approval planning, in which the necessary documents for the public law proceedings are prepared. This includes the list of structures, which we prepare with the involvement of other parties involved in the planning, as well as the structural calculations. The focus is on the drawing and calculation of the planned project, with all the information and details to make the planning comprehensible. This also includes flow charts and utility plans, which can be updated later if necessary.

At the end of the implementation planning, a compilation of documents that are ready for approval is created, which the investor then submits to the responsible authorities. This also includes the land acquisition plan and land acquisition register. These documents can then be supplemented and adapted by us as required.

Of course, endeco is also partner in the planning approval process. We provide the right technical arguments at discussion meetings and comments on concerns and suggestions from the public and the approving authority, so that the valid approval notice is issued at the end.

As soon as this is available, all aspects of the plant to be built are clarified in the basic and detail engineering. Every project is different, but some aspects are always equally important. These include the determination of basic process engineering data (basic data) as well as process design and planning, including the recording of all supply and disposal systems. At this stage, the material flows and masses as well as energy balances are also calculated.

This results in the specification of components, plant design and equipment dimensioning. The detailed flow diagrams are created and the planned processes are described precisely and comprehensibly. Based on the component lists, the investment and operating costs are determined and the dates are fixed. All this leads to a specification sheet, on the basis of which the required services and materials are put out to tender. At the same time, the official approval documents are prepared, whereby the emission point list and safety aspects play an important role. A meticulous preparatory work, in which we look at the planned industrial plant from every imaginable technical point of view. This ensures that the planned raw material plant gets the “green light” in any case.
